my most favorite meal when there’s a long day ahed 🍌

You’ll need:

1 banana

½ cup of quick-oats

1 table spoon of honey

1 tea spoon of cinnamon

You’ll prepare it like:

Add the oats to a pan at medium heat and mix with the honey until the oats are warm and toasted, then add 1 cup of water and keep mixing the mix until it comes to a mash (you can leave it more or less watery, as you like). Put the mix into a bowl, slice a banana to add on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and more honey if you’re a sweet-person and… voilá!
