We’ve decided to stay away from eggs and milk today and make a total vegan-bites recipe! with some easy and – let’s be honest – more healthy swaps, I truly believe we have conquered the nice-cream concept!

serves: 4

you’ll need:

for the base
• 1 cup muesli
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1/3 cup soya milk
• 5 dates

for the top

• 1 and 1/2 bananas

• 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
• 1/3 cup of soya milk

you’ll prepare it like:
•pop all these ingredients into a blender and once it’s all nicely blended add it to your cupcake forms to be used as base.
• then add some granola into the form and mix it well – or leave it as it is if you enjoy that crunchy taste.
•then add all of your top ingredients into the blender and cover the rest of the cupcake forms.
• put it straight into the freezer for 4 hours and you got yourself some delicious vegan-bites!
